| 5 | Services for Installation, testing & Commissioning for meter Size/G Rating: G-16 All Services for Installation and commissioning: Services for Installation, testing & Commissioning of Smart Commercial/Industrial Gas Metering system ( Meter + EVC+ AMR ) along with supplied accessories at consumer locations. Installation, testing and commissioning of only the items supplied (METER, EVC and AMR along with Accessories etc) by bidder is in bidder's scope. This also includes operational training to client site personals at consumer locations. All supplied Smart Commercial/Industrial Meter with EVC and AMR/MIU shall have open communication protocol for interfacing with GAIL (India) HES and MDM system. All the compatible hardware/software required at meter end for enabling the communication s and their user license for interfacing are in bidder s scope. The communication protocol should be open like DLMS, ICE for communication with GAIL (India) HES/MDM. The bidder shall provide all communication address/passcodes/register address for communicating the meter data with GAIL (India) HES/MDM. Further, at least one modbus port should be provided for communicating with SCADA/RTU as required by GAIL (INDIA), bidder shall provide modbus address and other data to enable the communication. These details shall be provided to GAIL (INDIA) along with the supply. Note.
