(A) The cost shall include horizontal boring through any intermediate obstruction, either natural or man made or any boundary etc. (B) The rate is inclusive of all the materials equipment and labour required for during trenchless horizontal boring under the railway track. Nothing extra shall be admissible on any account than the rate quoted above. (C) The Pipeis to be laid underrailway track/road /culvert.
