| 1 | Note:- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of materials i.e. Paint, Distermpe, Cement Base Paint, Putty etc. which are proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Site for execution of work shall be carried out at various locations and height upto 15.0 mtr or upto 04 storey which is higher. All necssary safety arrangement should be taken at site (c) All scaffolding work and safety measures such as provision of props and supports shall be of steel and extent of provision shall be to the entire satisfication and rates for the same shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates. (d) Window glass pane, floor etc shall also be cleaned by the contractor and rates for the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates. | ||
