| 1 | Up keeping of RVPN Rest House at 220 KV GSS Madar, Ajmer which includes Maintenance and Running of RVPNL Rest House having VIP Suit 1 No., Room 5 No. (2 Beds), Dormitory 1 No. (3 Beds), Dining Hall 1 No. , Meeting Hall 1 No., Kitchen 1 No., Reception, Open Space, Attendant Room, Common Toilet and open space. The Maintenance should be done as per following terms & condition, the scope of work and Job:
(a) Skilled and semi skilled persons for Boarding Services:-
One each skilled and unskilled person as cook and assistant to cook in one shifts to provide boarding services having sufficient experience in cooking to make available for the guests staying in the rest houses Tea, Breakfast , Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner etc. at 220 KV GSS Madar, Ajmer as per the approved menu at approved rate list as and when demanded incl. leaning of all kitchen utensils etc Properly & regularly, maintaining good hygiene. The appointment of cook provided by the contractor shall be done after test taken by Engineer In- charge.
(b ) Unskilled persons for Attendant Services:-
One unskilled person in one shifts & one in night shift to provide full time services, having good conduct, sincere and obedient, having good experience for house keeping and room services at RVPN Rest House which incl. day to day cleaning of 5 rooms , 1 Suit Rooms, 1 No Dormitory & One Dining Hall, Kitchen, One Meeting Hall , Store etc. along with cleaning of furniture s, pelmets, doormats etc. & other activities like serving bed tea, breakfast, lunch,evening tea, and Dinner etc. as per the requirement by the visitors at the Rest House, providing satisfactory room services for visitors. The work involves removal of dirty laundry, house keeping and room service on call and placing of mosquito repellents and ensuring cleanliness before the visitors occupying the room and during their occupancy
(c) Unskilled persons for Cleaning Services:-
One unskilled persons in part time one shifts sweeper/gardening and maintaining of pots to providing part time services, having good conduct and obedient person for day to day cleaning of RVPN Rest House and its premises, roads & open space, Parking space, back side along with the compound wall, verandas and roof of building, staircase, Hall, sanitation of toilets completing above activities regularly and after every check out including the cost of (toilets & floor) cleaners and other cleaning T&P, the Odonil or equivalent be made available in every toilets at all the time, minimum four nos. Naphthalene balls should be put to use in every urinal & wash basins well as cleaning of chambers & manholes as and when required. | 12.000 | per month |
