| 1 | Term Contract for artificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule, Part-I, 2009 and Part-II, 2020 including amendment Nos 01 to 122 during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule. (Note: (i) The quantities as inserted under column 03 is for guidence only to complete the BOQ, The actual quantties will be ordered as and when required during execution of work as per site requirement and will be priced at the rates as contained in MES Schedule, Part-II (Rate), 2020 subject to adjustment with contractor's quoted percentage.
