(vii) Seismic Zone Strengthening measures for Zone V (viii) Roof 0.50mm thick Pre-painted Galvalume sheet with MS steel frame structure on living area, roof slab with roof treatment - 150 mm thick on ground floor roof verandhah & Bathroom. (ix) Ceiling : False ceiling with powder coated snap grid frame work. (ix) Internal Plaster Internal 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) (x) Mirror polished kota stone on, verandah & non skid ceramic tiles in toilet and bathroom over 15 mm thick screed bed in base of CM 1:6 over a layer of PCC 1:2:4 over sub base of 1:5:10. (xi) Dado/Skirting Glazed ceramic tiles over 10 mm thick cement screed in CM (1:3) up to lintel height. (xii) Joinery Frames pressed steel, shutter Factory made flush door shutter (TD Drg No CESZ/2015/TD/03 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2) & molded / WPC doors in toilet bathroom (xiii) Joinery Window aluminum powder coated window with Guard bars/grill (xiv) Stainless steel routing on first floor of verandah & staircase. (xv) Iron monger Prefabricated aluminum anodized fittings. (TD Drg No CESZ/2015/TD/03 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2) (xvi) Plinth Protection 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 over stone hard core. (xvii) Painting Synthetic enamel paint on steel/wooden surface. (xviii) Finishes Internal - 02 coats of oil emulsion distemper incl 1mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer. External - 02 Coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over one coat of primer.
