(B) Alternator :- For DG Set 58.5 KVA, Alternator suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 RPM 415 Volts, 0.80PF, 50.00Hz, Three Phase in SPDP enclosure, self-excited, self-regulated Brush less, floor mounted. The alternator conforms to IS:4722, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition.
ACOUSTIC ENLOSURE:
(i) The Enclosure is of modular construction.
(ii) Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors.
(iii) The sheet metal components are pre-treated and are Polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life.
(iv) Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure.
(v) In - build draw in type fuel tank of 156 ltr. capacity.
(vi) The walls of enclosure are insulated with the fire-retardant & noise absorbent PU foam so as to comply with the noise level of 75dB(A) at distance of 1mtr. in open free field environment as per ISO 8528 part 10specified by ministry of Environment & Forest.
(C) DG Control Panel with GENSET Controller :- The AMF Control Panel is manufactured with 16/18 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather-proof and long lasting finish. The Control Panel consists of Microprocessor based genset controller, MCB of suitable rating, Key Switch, Push Button (starter),LED: Battery Charging alternator fail indication, Current Transformer, Instrument fuses. The genset controller has all the basic safeties and protections.

Notes for item No.01 & 02 :- (i) Contractor will satisfactorily conduct load test of DG Set as per instruction of inspecting officer for 12 hours including run on 10% overload for 1 hour at his own cost.
(ii) Testing eqpt will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
(iii) Fuel/oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in amount quoted by the contractor.

(ii) If the desire earth resisitance not obtained on testing after completion, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost upto obtain the desired resistance.
