| 1 | Disconnecting the electric supply to the transformer, opening the transformer by unscrewing bolts from the top cover of the transformer,draining out of transformer oil into a container upto required level for arresting the leakage in the transformer, taking down of unserviceable HV and LV bushes from the transformer if necessary, replacement of top cover gasket, HV and LV side bushes gasket, buchholz relay gasket,bolts, nuts and washers, with new ones required soldering work if necessary while fixing the bushes, and re-fixng the same for transformer capacity ranging upto 1250 KVA complete including testing the transformer after repairs all as specified and directed. Note: (i) HT / LT metal studs, HT / LT bushes and gaskets of HT and LT side will be measured and paid for seperately. (ii) Nuts, bolts, washers, petrolium jelly, grease, CTC required are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) Filteration of drained out transformer oil will be measured and paid for separately. | 5 | Each Job |

| 5 | Disconnecting the electric supply, removing the HT and LT cable connections and taking out the transformer of capacity upto 1250 KVA from the platform, lifting the transformer with suitable crane, loading into the goods carrier and shifting the transformer to an approved factory (workshop) for reairs and transporting back installation in its original location including connection of HT and LT cable connections all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
