Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits or hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard HDE A22 battery dispenser along with piston plug. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer s recommendations. The adequate diameter and embedment of rebars to be decided as per PROFIS / Designfix Rebar Software & the report to be submitted to the project manager/ design engineer for approval. Scanning before drilling to be done to avoid hitting existing rebars.
