| 1 | Deputation of skilled manpower twice a month for intensive checking of entire fire water pumping system including sequential operation of those Pump to check performance of each pumps. The job includes checking of all valves & other instruments installed inside pump house & making necessary minor rectifications / repair/ replacement to ensure proper functionality of the fire pumps. Storage of Diesel to be checked and refilling to be done whenever necessary to ensure smooth operation of Disel Engine driven pump during emergency. Mock test for fire pumps both in AUTO & MANUAL operations to be conducted during the visit in every 15 days and report of the test to be submitted for record. (Rectification and rewinding of Electric motor, overhauling of Diesel Engine shall not be the part of this contract) | 1.00 | Each |
| 2 | Inspection of Hydrant network once in 3 months and submit report for any leakage or damage of hydrant/ landing valves or any other type of valves and instruments for our further course of action to ensure proper functionality of the installed fire protection system. The scope also includes minor repair / rectification of all type of valves such as replacements of damaged bolts and nuts with new one etc. During inspection of water network, the agency shall drain out water from risers and recharge it with set pressure after proper flushing. Inlet valves of hydrant risers to be kept close after completion of flushing and recharging of water to avoid any accidental discharge of water. | 1.00 | Each |
