| 1 | Labour Charge for Providing housekeeping staff for day to day performing below mentioned activities-
i) Sweeping of all rooms with brooms followed by mopping . ii)Cleaning and dusting of all furnitures and fans, air conditioner machines and other machines of use, removing soots from walls, ceiling etc. and removing collected waste materials to the nearest vat. The work is to be done once daily every working day and must be completed as and when require basis.
iii) Cleaning, washing, sweeping of all common service area such as stair, entrance lobby, corridor etc. (except toilet block) to be done twice daily in all working days, so that the first operation is to be completed before 10 AM and second operation is to be taken up and completed by 4.00 PM as to keep the common service area neat and clean throughout the day residential/office area of "Sulagna" building
The Estimated rate has already been given (in Cell F13 of sheet 1 of BOQ) which is calculated considering prevailing minimum wages vide memo no. 07/Stat /14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC Dated. 09.01.2026 of abour Commissioner, Govt. of West Bengal & also considering contribution to E.P.F.,E.S.I. & Bonus to be made by the Agency vide memo no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal icluding GST 18% and 1% L.W.Cess.
Intending bidders are only required to quote the Service Charges in quoted rate in Cell M13 of Sheet 1 of BOQ.

i) Sweeping of all rooms with brooms followed by mopping with R7 and R2 chemical make of Taski or equivalent as per direction of EIC.
ii) Cleaning and dusting of all furnitures and fans, air conditioner machines and other machines of use, removing soots from walls, ceiling etc.by R4 of Taski or equivalent as per direction of EIC and removing collected waste materials to the nearest vat. The work is to be done once daily every working day and must be completed as and when require basis.
iii) Cleaning, washing, sweeping of all common service area such as stair, entrance lobby, corridor R7,R2 chemical make of Taski or equivalent etc. (except toilet block) to be done twice daily in all working days, so that the first operation is to be completed before 10 AM and second operation is to be taken up and completed by 4.00 PM as to keep the common service area neat and clean throughout the day.
The necessary materials and instruments / equipments like brooms, dusters, phenyle, harpic, detergents, colin and total eighteen nos. staffs for a day are to be supplied by the agency at his own cost and arrangement.
Total Area to be cleaned =Common area + Flat Area = 773 + 1230 Sqm = 2003 Sqm.
The rate shall be inclusive of all materials & instruments, 18 % GST and any other taxes as applicable.

| 3 | Labour charge for - Providing housekeeping staff for day to day cleaning, washing and sweeping of compound of Minister's Quarter Campus at Alipore ,Kolkata.
The work includes sweeping of compound with broom and then washing the compound with water and phenyle.
The compound drains has to be cleaned and the collected materials from gully pits, drains etc has to be disposed to nearest vat. The necessary materials and instruments are like brooms, phenyle, cart for removing materials and total two nos. staffs for a day are to be supplied by the agency.

The necessary materials and instruments / equipments are like brooms, phenyle, cart for removing materials are to be supplied by the agency at his own cost and arrangement.
Total Area to be cleaned = Compound Road + Parking Area + Roof = 540+147+290 = 977 Sqm.

| 5 | Labour charges for - Providing Sweeper / Mathor mazdoor to be provided in all working days for cleaning, sweeping, removing chokage of toilet blocks and compound. a) The work includes cleaning of wash basins, urinals, squatting plates, water closets, toilet floors,mirrors, tiled walls, sarrounding drains, channels etc. complete in all respect, using R2 ,R6 and S5 chemical make of Taski or equivalent etc. b) Cleaning of surface drains, yard gully, pits, underground drains and disposal of waste materials to the nearest vats.
