This shall include uprooting & keeping all the plants aside, filling /preparing approaches to uproot trees, roots of the trees/plants and throwing it at the place shown by EIC. (inclusive of all lead and lift as directed by EIC). The rates includes the hiring charges of J.C.B, supervisor, driver and diesel and all safety precautions and disposal of removed debris with lead and lift etc. complete. The rate includes all required machineries, tools & Tackles,material, labours, loading, unloading,transportation, equipments etc.complete at the risk and cost of the contractor. The payment will be made for hours actually used. No payment shall be made for transportation of machine up to power house and colony premises and vice versa.
