| 2 | Construction of block of SINGLE ACCN FOR 04 JCOs G+1 plinth area 184.88 Sqm with stair case constructed by using Precast Concrete Technology including designing and submission of structural drawing and detail working drawing duly vetting drawing from IIT considering the following and complete all as specified and shown on drawings. (i) Panel of foundations, walls, columns, beams and slab shall be Reinforced Precast Concrete made with jointing provision of tongue and groove system. (ii) Room height shall be 3200mm from FFL to Slab bottom. (iii) The Precast foundations shall be precast concrete foundations with locking arrangement. (iv) Based on SBC (10 Tonne per Sqm at a depth of 1.5m) the sizing of the foundations and design of structure shall be arrived. (v) The walls shall be Precast Concrete Wall with reinforcement as per approved design having all Electrical PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked and Plumbing pipe CPVC of required size and SDR including fittings like elbow, tee etc. shall be embedded during precast. | 3 | Cont/- (vii) The Roofs shall be made with Precast Concrete Roof Technology which comes and gets locked both geometrically as well as by shear keys with the Walls and Beams. The thickness of roof shall 125 mm. (viii) The Beams provided shall be as per structural design & shear key connectors with walls. Keys to be provided in the beams for locking the roofs which will come and rest on them. (ix) Precast RCC Technology as per MOU with approved manufacturer shall be used in fabricating the various panel should have a minimum 28 days compressive strength of minimum 30 Mpa, in all elements. The mixer machine used in casting shall be minimum RM mixers, with weigh batching arrangements. The concrete to be Compacted with high quality screed and high frequency needle vibrators. (x) Cost of Transportation and erection at site location, shall be deemed included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid on this accout. | 4 | Cont/- (xii) Provision for anchorage for lifting shall be provided in each panel for safe lifting and erection on site. (xiii) Overall all the members to have finish as rough finish to receive finishes (Paint and Putty) properly. The finish surface shall be leveled to a tolerance of + 5mm. (xiv) Contractors shall integrate the MEP s (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and structural system) during the fabrication of the panels in the factory to save efforts after installation. All the plumbing water supply pipes (CPVC- 15/20 / 25 mm dia ) and their MTA (Brass, Elbow, Band etc.) and FTA (Tee) shall be placed in the panels during casting and similarly for the Switch boxes and PVC conduits and fan and light boxes which shall be embedded in the casting itself. (xv) The 75 mm and 100 mm pipes to be laid after the erection but provision of cuts to be provided in the panels themselves. (xvi) Excavation in soft/loose soil at the site shall be done as per approved design. Cont/- | ||
| 5 | Cont/- (xvii) Plinth protection shall be provide 75mm thick and 750mm wide all around the building with PCC (1:3:6) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate with souser drain 150mm wide and 75mm thick all as specified. (xviii) Foundations once kept shall have a level with variation of less than 2 mm on the top (xix) Erection of Foundations and all precast elements shall be done with Crane of required capacity and size as required at site. (xx) The style of construction of Precast should take care of all the Design Considerations given in clause 8 of IS 15916:2010. (xxi) The components are loaded with loads as stated in IS 1875 latest version. (xxii) Close liaison between the production, erection and design agencies shall be made. (xxiii) The manufacturing, curing, Storing, transportation, guidelines to be followed as given in IS 15916 and relevant codal provision on precast concrete structure. Cont/- |
