| 1 | AMC including Annual Verification and Stamping of 02 (Two) No. 50 MT Capacity Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at Mine A and Mine B of Bhurkunda Colliery. Scope: a) Maintenance and Electrical Protection of Digitizer, Junction Boxes, Communication Cables (From Digitizer to Weighment PC and from Digitizer to RFID PC) and Connectors (Digitizer and Computer Communication Cable Connectors, Power Connectors, Load Cell Cable Connectors). Repair and/or Replacement of any or all the above items due to any disturbance viz. Voltage and/or Frequency Disturbance, Earthing Disturbance, Lightening and/or Thundering, Mechanical Damages etc shall be within the Scope of the AMC. Repairing and/or Replacement of Digitizer Motherboard, LED/LCD Display and/or Board, Power Supply Unit and Transformer, Communication Unit, any other Unit/Board/IC within and about the Digitizer damaged due to any disturbance viz. Voltage/Frequency Disturbances, Earthing Disturbances, Lightening/Thundering, Mechanical Damages etc shall be within the Scope of the AMC. b) Periodic (Bi-monthly) Maintenance and Cleaning of above Equipment. c) Periodic Calibration as and when required by the CCL/LMO (Legal Metrology Officer). d) Annual Verification and Stamping of 02 Nos. of 50MT Electronic Road Weighbridge installed at Mine A and Mine B of Bhurkunda Colliery. The job will include timely Generation and Provision of Online Demand Note for Verification and Stamping Fees, Liasioning with the Legal Metrology Inspector, Hazaribagh for issue of Date for Stamping and Verification, supervision and service during Annual Verification and Stamping, and for timely Issue of Stamping Certificate. e) Repairing and/or replacement of Load Cells and Load Cell Cables due to any reason except Lightening/Thundering/Mechanical Fatigue Failure. f) Any requirement of unskilled manpower as well as Jack ( <5T), Crane, Sling etc will be within the Scope of CCL. g) Any Statutory fees payable for Annual Verification and Stamping will be borne by CCL. | 2.00 | Job |
