Agency has to deploy adequate number of road sweeping machines to cover the length of roads. Failure to cover the milage of 80 Kms shall attract penalty as per penalty clauses. 3. Any challan on account of non-cleaning of roads by MCD, NGT, CPCB shall be borne by the agency. |
