| 1 | Printing of Suchithwa Calendar-cum-User Fee Collection Card featuring monthly user fee collection details, monthly door-to-door waste collection schedule of Haritha Karma Sena, and IEC information (including KSWMP sub-project updates, GRM contact details, and key cleanliness messages etc), as provided by the ULB Officials. The material shall be designed and printed in A4 size, consisting of 8 pages, centre-stapled, multi-colour, using 130 GSM paper, with glossy or matte finish, as approved by the Implementing Officer. The bidder shall submit a proof copy of the Suchithwa Calendar-cum-User Fee Card with the contents provided by the ULB Officials to the Implementing Officer for approval. Printing of the proposed quantity shall be carried out only after satisfactory approval of the proof copy by the Implementing Officer.
