| 1 | Design, supply, installation, testing, connecting, charging and commissioning of solar PV modules to meet cumulative rated capacity of 21 KWp off grid type, Modules will be of mono Crystalline type silicon modules (Non DCR) with minimum 72 cells and rating of 335Wp to 545Wp with positive tolerance, including with end MC4 connectors. | 2 | Supply, erecting, installation, testing & commissioning of 39 Numbers solar modules each consist of 72 mono PERC (144 half cell) P type solar cells of 540 WP each, having efficiency more than 21 % at standard test condition, fill factor more than 0.75 performance ratio equal to or greater than 75 % & made of high transmittivity glass and glass front surface shall give high encapsulation gain. (transmission above 90 % and bending less than 0.3 %). Electrical parameter of 540 Wp solar PV module under STC. These panels shall be suitably fixed on Module mounting structure. The electrical data of panel at standard test condition (STC), 1000 W / m2 irradiance air mass 1.5 & 25 C cell temperature shall not be more than as under. (i) Max. DC Peak Power(Pmax) = 540 WP. | 3 | PV modules must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity which shall not be less than 90% of the initial value at the end of 10 years and 80% of the initial value at the end of 25 years. Each module shall have RFID tag bearing the following details and RFID reader will be provided by the Contractor. (i) Name of manufacturer of PV module (ii) Name of manufacturer of solar cell (iii) Month and year of manufacture (Separately for cell & module) (iv) Country of origin separately for cell & module) (v) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and fill factor of the module (vi) Date of year of obtaining IEC PV module, qualification, certificate including the test lab issuing IEC certificate. (vii) Unique serial no and model no. of Module. (viii) I-V curve of module. (ix) Temperature co-efficient of short circuit current for the module shall not be more than 0.50 % C. (x) Every module must have of short circuit current bypass diode of suitable capacity. (xi) PV module must confirm to IEC 61215 /IS14286. In addition the modules must conform to IEC 61730 Part- I & II for construction and testing & safety qualification and latest minimum technical specifications. (xii) Provision of earthing & earth strip / cables etc. for earth for solar PV module / Array as per latest IS / MNRE norms to be provided. (xiii) The module shall be manufactured in 2025 & of Indian make. Product warranty shall be for 10 years & performance warranty shall be for 25 years. Note: Contractor shall submit technical data sheet I-V curve, performance warranty conditions etc. of three leading Indian manufacturing companies of solar module to Accepting Officer, before procurement, through GE duly recommended by CWE for approval. The make shall be approved by Accepting Officer. The decision of Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding. | ||
| 4 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 21 KW or nearest available size on higher side, 800 Voltage AC supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase THD < 3% at nominal Power, Solar Power inverter suitable to convert DC power of solar PV module / array to AC & conforming to IEC-61683 for efficiency, IEC-62109 (1 & 2) or equivalent for safety & IEC-62093 for reliability. (a) The input D.C tech specification of inverter are as follows: (i) Max DC power-100 KWp. (ii) Max I/P voltage = 1100V. (iii) MPPT voltage range = 160-1000V. (iv) No. of MPP trackers = 08. (v) No. of DC I/P = 16. (vi) Max I/P current = as per design requirement. (vii) Max I/P short ckt current = as per design requirement. (b) The Output A/C tech specification of inverter are as follows: (i) AC O/P power < not less than 21 KVA. (ii) Max. output power: 110 kW. (iii) Rated voltage: 3/N/PE, 220 V / 380 V, 230 V / 400 V. (iv) Rated output current: 152.0 A / 144.3 A. (v) Max. output current: 167.1 A. (vi) THD < 3%. (vii) P.F = > 0.99 (0.8 leading - 0.8 lagging). | ||
| 5 | The inverter shall have minimum protection to IP 66 & minimum European efficiency 98% load as per IEC 61683 standard. The inverter shall be self-communicated with pulse width modulation (PWM) technology and shall be capable of synchronize maximum within 1 minute. Maximum Power point tracker (MPPT) conforming to IEC-62093 shall be integrated in the inverter to maximize energy drawn from the solar PV array. The inverter shall have following Protections:- (i) DC reverse connection. (ii) AC short Ckt. (iii) Leakage current. (iv) Anti PID & PID recovery function. (v) Over voltage protection. Invertor shall monitor the following (i) Ground fault. (ii) PV String current. Notes:-(a) Inverter shall have arrangement for adjusting DC input current & shall trip against sustainable fault down stream and shall not restart till fault is rectified. (b) The inverter should have provision of galvanized isolation, Anti-islanding protection (IEEE 1547 /UL 1741) equivalent BIS standard and Lighting. (c) Rates for PCC foundation including required concreting & steel fixing as instructed & directed by engineer-in-charge are deemed to be included in quoted rates. |
