Note :
1. Rates for making arrangement for lifting up the non clogg sewage pump from inside well shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.
2. Once the motor pump set repaired, the contractor shall by default get the bearing, and other necessary parts changed and shall remain responsible for proper functioning of motor pump.
