| 1 | Supply and fixing Grease seperator plant suitable for underground installation as per drwaing attached . The grease seperator should be made from polythylene for longer life. The Grease seperator should be made from polythelene for longer life . The Grease seperator should have nominal capacity not less than 930 litres with inlet /outlet socket of nominal dia of miunimum 100 mm with grease storage capacity of minimum 270 litres and sludge capacity of minimum 460 litres . Total weight of grease seperator should be minimum of 128 kg with overall dimension of atleast (1320mmx1595mm )(dia Xheight). The grease seperator should be capable cleaning via shaft manhole cover, emptying via suction line nominal of minimum 65 mm and nominal pressure of 10kg with coupling for two sided thread connection 75/75 mm for suction line, fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2.5 inches blank cap and counter flange with fire hose quick coupling 75 B and 2.5 inches black cap.Top sections/cover of grease seprator plant should be madse up from concrete frame with cast iron cover having clear opening of 600 mm diameter.The cover should be odour free when closed.
