| 1 | M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ PVC water storage tank of capacity not exceeding 500 Ltr of any description and in any position comprising following cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Location: SAA seven stages are as under plants:- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 . | 650.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | NOTE:-(i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID.ENTERING SCALS AND THE SAME SHELL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE ROVISION . (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. (IV) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE.
