| 1 | M&L for Comprehensive Repairs to Air-Cooled/Water Cooled Chiller (as per exising) including dismantling from existing unit and rectification of refrigerant leakages by pressure testing with dry nitrogen, identifying leakage points at joints, coils, or service valves, and carrying out proper brazing/welding using high silver-content brazing rods. After rectification, the system shall be thoroughly evacuated using a vacuum pump to remove moisture and non-condensables, followed by recharging with the required quantity of specified refrigerant (R-407C/R-410A) all as per OEM specifications. The system shall be recommissioned after leak rectification, with operational checks for suction/discharge pressure, oil level, compressor performance, and overall cooling efficiency complete all as specified and as directed. IMPORTANT NOTE : 1) All necessary consumables, nitrogen gas, refrigerant, leak testing solutions and tools shall be included in the scope of work & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 2) Any item/job missed out in the item description/specification but technically required for successful completion of the work/job is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 3) The contractor/firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/ work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest on the contractor/ firm. 4) Quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusive of any spares required for successful completion of the work/job as decided by the Engr-In-Charge/GE. 5) The complete job/work is to be carried out from OEM/Auth Dealer/Channel Partner etc. as decided by the Engr-In-Charge/GE. | ||
