| 1 | Material and labour for descaling of Condenser of capacity from 5 to 10 TR by first dismantling the chiller from line from cooling tower water line ,Disconnect the water in/out connections from the condenser or chiller.Attached the necessary hoses to the water in/out connections on the condenser or chiller to a circulation pump and a circulating tank and Circulate the Descaler chemical (RX Marine/Scalefoe 100/Scalfoe 106) for 20-30 minutes, check the pH of descaler that should be stay same during entire circulation process then turn the circulating pump off after pH maintained and again used cleaning with nylon steel brush and then flushing with plain alkailine water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Pump or move the spent Descaler into another container. If the Descaler still has a pH around 1-3, use the Descaler for another cleaning. After removing Descaler from the condenser or chiller, flush the condenser or chiller with water to remove all debris and remaining Dynamic Descaler. Note:- a). Descaling chemical shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ. b) pH value should be maintaind as per directed by Engg-in-Charge, if pH value not showing as required, then contractor will do again in quoted rate. c) During descaling of condenser line, if any of copper tube will get damaged, then contractor will replaced the same wihtin quoted rate | 6 | Each Job |
