The Heat Pump should be complete with multiple semi-hermetic screw compressors (min 2) with independent circuit, Electronic Expansion Valve, Air Cooled Condenser coil with Copper tube, aluminum fins having anticorrosive coating from factory (salt Spray of 10,000 hours as per ASTM B117) & condenser fans as per OEM on the condenser , Shell and Tube with anti freeze heater, anitvibration spring isolators, Electrical panel with disconnect switch mounted on the heat pump including the disconnect switch suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase 415 volts,ac supply. Refrigerant circuit to include liquid line drier filter with replaceable solid cartridge, liquid line sight glass, EEV, 4- way reversing valve, high pressure safety valve, high & lower pressure transducers, high and low pressure switches, etc. The heat pump shall be suitable for operation on environment friendly refrigerant R134a and shall come factory charged with refrigerant.The heat pump shall have fully automatic defrost cycle. 2Primary Chilled Water Pump set (Fixed speed) Supply, installation , testing & commissioning of Horizontal End Suction, Centrifugal, Single stage, Foot mounted volute type radial split casing, top discharge with back pull out design, primary chilled water pumps set complete with, Cast iron casing, Lead free bronze impeller, an internally-flushed mechanical seals and close coupled with stainless steel stub shaft arrangement with electric motor for re-circulation of chilled water circulation.The liquid cavity shall be sealed off at the pump shaft by an internally-flushed mechanical seals ensure maximum seal face lubrication, heat dissipation and debris removal without vulnerable external flush tubing and with carbon seal seat vs Silicon carbide seal ring, suitable for continuous operation at 248 Deg F (120 Deg C). The pump casing shall be fitted with a renewable type case wear ring to maintain close running clearance, minimize leakage and recirculation losses and to minimize abrasive and corrosive wear to the casing.
