2Entrance Pillars (Both Sides) Providing and Constructing Two Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) Decorative Pillars, each measuring 1.23 m 1.23 m in cross-section and 3.66 m in height, including design, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing complete. Each pillar shall be cast in RCC of M25 grade using approved quality cement, sand, and aggregates, with embedded steel reinforcement (Fe500 grade) as per structural design. The outer surfaces shall incorporate decorative moulding and artwork crafted using cement-based motifs and IOS-certified fire-retardant resin fiber detailing, seamlessly integrated into the RCC structure. The finished surface shall be treated with weather-resistant protective coating and finished in sandstone texture paint to match the main entrance wall. 3Boundary Wall DECORATIVE FINISHING WORK Boundary Wall Natural Sandstone Cladding Cladding: The exposed surface of the wall shall be finished with machine-cut natural sandstone cladding of 20 25 mm thickness, jointed with matching color grout and fixed using stainless steel clamps and polymer adhesive to ensure long-term bonding and durability. Decorative Elements: The top edge of the wall shall include a 0.20 m high 8.52 m long decorative moulding, fabricated in IOS-certified fire-retardant resin fiber (FRP), fixed securely over the RCC coping beam using chemical anchors and fasteners. The moulding shall be artistically designed to match the architectural tone of the entrance. Finish: The entire wall surface, including cladding and FRP moulding, shall be coated with weather-sealed transparent laminate or UV-protective clear coat to prevent moisture ingress, fading, or surface deterioration. The finish shall provide long-term protection and maintain natural stone texture aesthetics. 4High Relief Wall Murals Providing and Fixing High-Relief Wall Murals Ramshrushti Tapovan Theme Design, fabrication, and installation of artistic high-relief murals, each of approximate size 1.72 m in height and 2.15 m in width, depicting thematic sculptures inspired by Ramshrushti Tapovan. The work shall include design detailing, 3D modelling, material selection, fabrication, finishing, transportation, and installation complete in all respects as per the approved concept and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Material: Each mural shall be crafted using a combination of IOS-certified fire-retardant resin fiber (FRP), cementitious material, and metal reinforcement frame (MS, SS as approved) to provide structural strength, dimensional stability, and long-term weather resistance. The mural surface shall incorporate detailed artistic carving, texturing, and relief depth consistent with the approved design theme. Fixing & Support: Murals shall be mounted on vertical walls or pre-approved RCC backing using a concealed anchoring system, with corrosion-resistant hardware (SS-304 bolts, chemical anchors, or equivalent). The fixing arrangement shall be designed to withstand wind load, vibration, and temperature variations. All mounting details shall be shop-drawn and approved prior to installation. Finish: The mural surface shall receive a multi-layer weatherproof coating consisting of primer, color base, and UV-protective topcoat in natural stone or metallic tones as per the artistic intent. Finishes shall be washable, anti-fungal, and fade-resistant, suitable for outdoor exhibition. 5Decorative Kalash Providing and Fixing Decorative High-Relief Kalash Elements Work includes the design, fabrication, and installation of decorative Kalash mounted on top of pillars, gate structures, and wall sections as per the approved architectural design and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Size: Each Kalash shall be of 0.89 m height with proportionate diameter, designed in classical form with detailed relief ornamentation. Material: Each finial shall be fabricated using a combination of high-strength cement composite and IOS-certified fire-retardant resin fiber (FRP), reinforced internally with mild steel or stainless steel rods to ensure rigidity and long-term stability under outdoor exposure. Fabrication & Detailing: The Kalash shall feature artistic carving, embossed motifs, and contour detailing. The internal metal reinforcement shall extend into the fixing base for secure anchorage. Fixing: Each Kalash shall be anchored to the top surface of the RCC pillar or wall coping using chemical fasteners, stainless steel bolts, and epoxy grout to ensure permanent, vibration-free installation. Concealed anchoring details to be approved prior to execution. Finish: The surface shall receive a multi-layer weatherproof protective coating, including primer, exterior-grade paint, and a UV-resistant clear coat, giving a natural stone or antique metallic finish as per architectural intent.
