Since these are non-tangible irrevocable products, issued to a particular individual or company, we do not issue refunds once the order is processed.

However we do give refunds (in cases where valid documents were submitted, as per DSC documentation guidelines of the Certifying Authority) for the following highly unlikely events.

1. Non-delivery of the product within a maximum of 30 days

2. Non-availablity of the product.
