| 1 | M&L for taking down the defective ACs/Refrigerator and Water Cooler of the following capacity, taking out the defective unserviceable hermetically sealed compressor from the unit, replacing the compressor with new compressor of the same capacity, fixing to the unit inter connecting the refrigerating lines, flushing out the cooling coil & condenser, removel the coil & carbon thoroughly, cleaning with CTC, leak testing, presure testing with nitrogen gas, dehyderating, Vaccumissing, charging of Refrigerent gas, reinstalling the same in its original position connecting up all electrical connection and Testing & Commissioning all as specified as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : (i) Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cutting, welding, brazing,sealing the refrigerant tubing, replacement of strainer, CTC, Nitrogen gas, Refrigerant gas,required to and from Transportion and Handling.
