The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item.(c.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (d) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years.
