Note :- work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacture as per manufacturer's instruction and roof height upto tripple storey building ponding test of the roof surface will be done for 48 hours before and after the roof treatment process to identify the leakage and seepage from the roof surface complete all as specified and directed. (b) The work under item No.05 shall be carried out by the authorized applicator of manufacturer by using modern tehcniques. The contractor shall also furnish warranty of quality, finish work and effectiveness of water proofing treatment under this item for a period of not less than 7 years from the date of completion along with manufacturer warranty of material for the same period.
