| 1 | General Upkeeping in mines area: Cleaning and sweeping of the roads, enterance ,surrounding area in 2.0 meter width of the building mentioned below and including parking area of as directed by EIC and removal of tree leaves, bushes from water drains and collecting sector wise at one place and removal of garbage from dust bins. Also to give neat and clean surface area as directed , including cost of materials like coco broom, Soft broom, hand cart, topla etc and other cleaning material all as requires and as directed by Engineer in charge . Following area of works are to be clean daily the instruction of EIC including required materials ,men power , tools , tackles etc Also dispose/burried dead bodies of animal , birds from mines area (a)road Area to be cleaned daily near - Time office , workshop, security cabins, store & sub station area (front and back side) , Rest shelter, weighbridge cabins, diesel pump cabin area, cooler shed, area between two buildings , compound walls, Vehicle parking area.NOTE :-(1) The brooms and other materials required for cleaning and other required items shall be brought by the Agency..(2) Daily signature shall be obtained from the occupants/Supervisor as a token of work done. | 2 | PROBING OF SEWER LINES :-Carrying out probing work as and when required of sewer lines either mechanicaly or manually , cleaning the grit / sand / debris/ mud of the manholes, inspection chambers, gully traps, collected therein, removal and disposal of the same by either forming a pit dug for burying it or by conveying it out of the mines premises as directed by Engineer in charge including through flushing of the pipes lines and man holes/ Inspection chamber/gully traps with water ,including the cost of tools, tackles and plants other materials required for the job as well as the precautionary measures required to be adopted for the workers on the job for their health and safety etc complete.The cost of required water will be in bidders scope . Note:- (1) To execute the above work, the agency will deploy required skill workers and qualified supervisor during the operation period.
