| 3 | Expansion Joint treatment at Terrace of Foundation Area starting with surface preparation including cleaning and removal of existing membrane and filing the cracks using polymer modified mortar (PMM), and levelling with cement sand mortar and grout as required, followed by providing and installing HD 100 filler board / backer rod in 50 mm wide joint and application of polyurethane sealant (50 mm 25 mm). Applying one coat of approved bituminous primer thereafter two coats of liquid applied waterproofing membrane of pidilite/asian paint or equivalent brand over 1.68 m width with 48 hours interval in between coats and 2nd coats to be applied in perpendicular direction, including sand sprinkling over final coat while tacky for bonding.
