2Construction joint treatment at Terrace of Textile Area by providing and applying 2 coats of liquid applied waterproofing membrane of 1.56 m width of pidilite/asian paint or equivalent brand after applying a coat of bitumen primer after removal of existing L-angle joints and other material in adjoining area up to mother RCC surfaces and filling the cracks using polymer modified mortar/Crack X Paste etc and constructing brick masonry box enclosures around existing cable tray including cement plaster etc with cement mortar 1:4 using integral waterproofing compound wherever required and carrying out bore hole packing using non-shrink grouts including filling joints with suitable sealant and providing and laying waterproofing brick bats coba of 40-60 mm thick 1.0 metre width with 1:2:4 (cement:sand :brick bats) concrete using integral water proofing compound and preparation of surfaces for applying bitumen primer, 2nd coat of membrane to be applied after 6-8 hours and perpendicular to 1st coat. 3Expansion Joint treatment at Terrace of Foundation Area starting with surface preparation including cleaning and removal of existing membrane and filing the cracks using polymer modified mortar (PMM), and levelling with cement sand mortar and grout as required, followed by providing and installing HD 100 filler board / backer rod in 50 mm wide joint and application of polyurethane sealant (50 mm 25 mm). Applying one coat of approved bituminous primer thereafter two coats of liquid applied waterproofing membrane of pidilite/asian paint or equivalent brand over 1.68 m width with 48 hours interval in between coats and 2nd coats to be applied in perpendicular direction, including sand sprinkling over final coat while tacky for bonding. Further, providing and applying elastomeric expansion joint tape (200 mm wide 2 mm thick) over joint and adjoining surfaces with proper anchorage, followed by providing and fixing 300 mm wide, 1 mm thick GI / aluminium sheet over the joint with screws ensuring overlap and continuity. Providing and laying 4060 GSM non-woven geotextile over treated area and laying IPS in (CC 1:2:4) / India Waterproofing - BBCC protective layer in CC 1:6 on both sides of the joint as per site condition.Note: Dr. Fixit Prime Seal Primer or equivalent approved primer followed by application of 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra Waterbound PU Coating incorporating 45GSM reinforcement as a sandwich layer between coats of membrane is to be applied.
