| 5 | Material and labour for water proofing treatment with following application over roofs surface complete all as specified and directed : - (i) Applying bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Litres/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces of roof. Surface shall be kept free, till the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in the primer get evaporated. (ii) Applying one coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 as binding material conforming to IS-73 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Laying 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torch application, overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturers instruction including preparation of surface. (iv) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.
