Note:- (a) This item pertains to attending complaints of external water supply such as T&P and safety tools will be the responsibility of contractor etc as required in order to attend the complaint to the entire satisfaction of user/Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Rs. 100/- per day will be recovered from contractor payment if fail to rectify complaint within 24 hrs.
