| 1 | Material and Labour for periodic inspection/servicing to be carried out in every three months, and making/keeping the cranes serviceable, for cranes of 2 Ton/ 5 Ton capacity installed in various bldgs, including the following:- (i) LONG TRAVEL MOTION AND CROSS TRAVEL MOTION (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any.(Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates) (b) Brake adjustment (c) Checking of Long travel & cross travel wheel for any noise/malfunctioning. (d) Checking grease of Geared couplings, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple every three months. (e) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil.(Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only rates) (f) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value etc. (g) Checking the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (iii) ELECTRICAL PANEL (a) Checking the contactors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections. (c) Cleaning of control panels and checking of connections. (d) Checking of connections of VVVF drives/other drive, calibrating VVVF drive to get smooth movement & maximum efficiency / other drives for smooth functioning of the same. Note: Nos of Cranes 2 Ton -04 Nos and 5 Ton -02 Nos. | ||
| 3 | Material and labour for load testing and provide certification from authorised crane inspector all as specified for the EOT/HOT crane 2 ton capacity by dead weight at site, to be carried out 110% of rated capacity. Test load and slings for conducting the full load and 10% over load test will be arranged by the contractor at site. Note :- i) Dead load shall be arranged by the contractor on his own arrangment and no extra payment shall be made by the department. ii) Tools and tackels shall be provided by the contractor at site for testing purpose without any extra cost to department. iii) Rates quoted against this item shall also be deemed to be inclusive for shifting/transporting the load from place to place and unloading which will be arranged by the contractor including required ropes, manpower etc for handling the load required for load testing. | 4.00 | Each Job |
