| 1 | Installation of existing Runway light fitting with base of following type, at location that is at new raised surface of runway also includes transport to the runway at site from store,DGPS survey marking (X,Y,Z coordinates) in presence of rep of user and submission of completion drawing for approval of user, including compaction and ramming the surface and making good the existing surface with adequate materials to match the existing surface coring by core cutting eqpt on rigid/flexible pavement upto cutting circular hole of dia 350 mm and depth of 150 mm or as required for fixing of existing fitting in PQC rigid/flexible pavement of runway as per requirement for fixing of light fitting and precise alignment at all as specified and directed by user for the following :- Notes :- (a) Please note that the Runway Light Fittings are in the custody of Air Force Authorities and the same shall be collected by the contractor from the Air Force Authorities for fixing and the cost thereof shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (b) In case of any damage during re-installation of AFLS the contractor will be required to repair/ replace the same without any additional cost to the govt. (c) Before re installation of the AFLS the same shall be collected from AF authority. (d) For Re installation of AFLS, DGPS survey will be conducted by the contractor at DLC Level for precise conduit laying and also after PQC laying at the finished top surface for Core cutting & cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (e) Rates for Inner/Outer core cutting for inset lights shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item. (f) Rate for making hole on bottom surface of shallow base for insertion of HDPE pipe shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. | ||
