| 1 | Taking down old unserviceable geyser of cap 25 ltrs including all necessary electrical/water connection and keeping in safe custody for reuse inciuding all necessary minor repairs /servicing etc and checking serviceability of parts, necessary cleaning & reassembling the geyser, making necessary adjustment and refixing the repaired geyser in position, connecting to existing electric & water connections and testing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The cost of minor repair including following works deemed to be included in quoted rates. (a) Inspection of geyser after opening bottom cover plate. (b) Examine any water leakage from geyser/storage tank. (c) Carry out operation of all stop cocks, pressure reducing valves, etc. to ensure free movement of the working parts. (d) Replace washers and glands to ensure smooth functioning. (e) Inspect vent pipes and remove blockage obstruction if any. (f) Check and correct earth continuity of electrical items.
