| 1 | Servicing of DG set of Cap up to 30KVA by checking of fuel supply system, Lubrication system, cooling system, Cleaning of radiator & repair of leakages to be rectified, Testing of engine control panel, battery ignition system and rectification of defects, Repair / Servicing of dynamo including cleaning of field and armature winding, varnishing and baking polishing of slip rings, checking and making correct excitation system etc, Removing the old engine oil from the diesel engine sump of various DG sets, cleaning the oil sump thoroughly, inspection/testing of engine and alternator for smooth functioning of the DG set with and including replacement of V belt/battery terminal/AVR/charging alternator/selfstartor and supply & replacement of the following spares :- (i) Fuel/ lub filter one set (ii) Top up of coolent in radiator (iii) Hose pipe set (iv) Fuel pipe & lubricant pipe Note: (i) Contractor shall arrange for skilled and experienced technicians to service the DG Set. (ii) Spares/Parts except above mentioned for reapir/replacement will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item of this schedule. (ii) Any miscellaneous spares which are essentially required for effectively functionning of DG Set, same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. | 3.00 | Each Job |
