The complaints record to be maintained on the complaint register & complaint slips complete all as specified and directed. | 550.00 | Each Job |
| 4 | Note: For Ser item No 1.00 to 3.00:-
(i) Cost of spares including refrigerent for charging and rewinding /replacement of condensor fan motors,compressor,blower fan etc if required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of sch'A
(ii) Charging of Refrigerant in ACs, Water cooler, Refrigerator and Deep freezer must be done after detection of leakage and vacuum of the appliances.If same appliances required charging of Refrigerant within 20 Days of charging, No payment for the Refrigerant and Complaint will be made for previous Job.
(iii) The Unit Rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to be included for transportation charge, replacement of filter, cleaning of condenser Nuts & bolts, making necessary connection and testing complete.
(iv) Fixing of items Srl No. 5 to 106 here-in-after including disconnectioing,dismantling of unserviceable items shall be inclusive in the rates of item Srl No 1.00 and 2.00 here-in-before and no separate payment shall be admissible on this account.
(v) In case of multiple complaints to be attended on daily basis, the contractor will be liable to deploy adequate resources and manpower to attend the complaints in specified time frame failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per complaint per day will be affected from the due payments of the contractor. Quoted rate shall be deemed to included.
(vi) The scope of work cover all complaints received from units will be lodged/docketed/attended/completed. The completion will be rendered on complaint register as well as on docket. | | |
