| 1 | Material and labour for attending day to day complaints of E&M nature by means of checking unserviceable electrical fitting and fixture and emergent fault rectification in elctrical circuit including no light , earth leakage, short cicuit, neutral break mains /sub mains/internal circuits of existing system of main building / block ,making continious electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make system in order / functional by replacing, copper cable , copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire complete all as specified and as directed as required at site by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - (a) Items reqd for replacement such as switchs, sockets for power/light/ fan/ bell/geyser points including complete will be measured and paid under respective items of BoQ. (b) Contractor rep/supervisor will report to MES Service Centre alongwith qualified/Experianced electrician and helper to collect dockets between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs on all working days for rectification of complaints and resubmit the dockets after completion of each job of each job on the same day. If contractor is failed to submit the docket within 48 hours after issuing of dockets , the contractor i liable to pay the penalty i.e. 20.00 per docket per day till the re-submission of docket. (c) Contractor will attend emergent nature of work i.e. no light, short circuit after working hours/holiday as when ordered. The rate of the is deemed to be included in above quoted rates.
