| 1 | Attending Day to day external water supply complaints partaining to water supply received through telephone or in person or online or detailment at MES service centre located at NAMS area by locating and rectification of fault from and including No water supply, opening of jammed valves/unions and removing of blockage in pipe line of size GI/PPPR/DI/CI 20 to 200 mm dia and carrying out repairs to the extent of of opening of jammed valves connections and removel of mud / stone deposition for the rectification of defects and refixing of exisiting desmantled serviceable items completer all as specified and directed. Note (i) If complaint warrants replacement of material as catered in BOQ here-in-after shall be paid under relevent item and no measurement shall be done under this item. Rate of attending complaints shall be considered to be quoted in the respective item. (ii) Necessary tools for tradesman shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Transportation for tradesman and normal stores required for complaints shall be arranged by the contractor. | 1700.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | (iv) Compalints shall be attended and rectified immediately on receipt of complaint round the clock. (v) Contractor or his rep will report to AGE E/M complaint cell at 9 o clock daily for collection of complaints. Complaint received will be done in the same day and after completion of complaint he will report to complaint cell to submit the complaint slip duly signed by the user. (vi) For non attending of complaint within above mentioned time a penalty of Rs 300 / per day / complaints will be leived on contractor. This penalty shall also applicable to all the items mentioned in BOQ here-in-After. | ||
