| 1 | Water Cooler:- Servicing/ Inspection of water cooler of any capacity/type/make installed at different units at NAMS on site including disconnecting electric and water connection of water cooler finding of defect including dismantling of compressor, relay, capacitor, thermostat, motor, PVC hose pipe, condensing coil including fixing new spares/ parts complete as required all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- (i) The new spare /parts required to make the water cooler serviceable shall be measured and paid separately as supply & fixing under relevant items . (ii) Transportation charges for carrying the plant from site to workshop and back at site incl testing & fixing are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Replacement of minor spare/parts whose cost are less than 100 rupees including cleaning of water tank, servicing etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates. no extra cost shall be paid for the same. (iv) Detecting the Gas leakage,Vacuuming the unit and rectify it by gas welding/brazing , charging of refrigerant gas.
