| 1 | Dismantling & Taking down existing panel & Supply, installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning of new LT Panel board, (CPRI approved) Factory made cubical type, Outdoor type, floor mounted, factory made out of 50mm x 50mmx5mm angle iron frame and 3.15mm inner CRCA steel sheet side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated including suitable rated aluminium bus bar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and wiring with suitable size of 800 amps (03 Nos 800 Amps for Phase and 01 No 400 Amps for neutral) rated aluminium bus bar complete powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation/plateform of the feeder pillar and provision for incoming and outgoing cable, cable gland, replacement of lugs for existing cables as per site requirement and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be of all inclusive.(ii) Drawing for LT feeder piller box shall be got approved by GE before fabrication.(iii) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4 15 Cm thick in foundation, Brick (Sub Class B) work in CM 1:6 ,rendering 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel . The platform shall be of 40 cm below ground level and 60Cm height above ground level . Rate for Platform shall be included in the quoted rate.
