| 1 | A) CIVIL WORKS:
1. Construction works including foundation, excavation and other allied Civil works 180 KLD STP in RCC Construction at Transit Accomdation at Ranbirpora-Anantnag as per design vetted by NIT/IIT/DIQC and approved by department.
This includes Construction of Tanks, and pumping stations, inter connecting pipes, Disposal lines, puddle flanges, Canopies, site developments on EPC mode. per for as per Design and as per Technical Specifications.
2. Control Room /Operator's Room:
Design and construction of Control/Operating quarter, Blower, Chemical dosing room / lab room with RCC foundation of suitable size to the satification of Engineer in Incharge, featuring a dedicated area for each different room with partition walls.
Construction of a building to house MCC Panels, motor starters, servo stabilizers, PLC system, and an STP operator s room (including kitchen and washroom)as per design Vetted by NIT/ITT/DIQC and to the satification of the Engineer in Incharge.
Ensure compliance with CPWD/JKPWD guidelines for dimensions, materials, electrical fittings, plumbing, and safety norms, as well as JK PWD building codes and regulations. Install LED panel lights or tube lights for optimal illumination, ceiling-mounted fans for air circulation, and strategically positioned windows for natural light and cross-ventilation with rock wool and insultation and cement boards.
B) Electro-Mechanical Works and Instrumentation.
1. a.Electro-Mechanical works : All Electro-Mechanical works required for 180 KLD STP as per design vetted by NIT/IIT/DIQC and approved by the department.The design Shall include primary screening, equalization (with mixing), MBBR biological reactors (with UV-stabilized media), secondary clarification (tube settler), tertiary filtration (PSF/ACF), and disinfection systems and also the pumps, dosing system, Blowers,Filters, Media , Centralized Electrical Power, Servo Stablisers and Control panel fully pre/site wired Earthing , Temperature and pressure guages and with all power and control cables to all pumps and equipment including all instrumentation, water level controllers and other controls.
b.Automation: Shall be equipped with PLC based automation to minimise manual intervention and ensure efficient operation, safety interlocks, alarm generation.
2. Testing: Complete testing of the equipment /complete STP at site and testing of quality of treated water as per design parameters from NABL/PCB approved testing Lab after trial run.
(c) Operation and Maintenance: Operation and maintenance of the plant for Two years during the defect liability period. The scope of the work includes the cost on account of:
I.Wages of operators- Manpower on a 24-hour basis along with a visit of the supervisor as and when required.
II. Supply of all consumables required for operation and maintenance of plant at rated capacity and all kinds of servicing/repairs and replacement of spare parts free of cost with due approval Engineer in Incharge.
III. Routine cleaning of plant and disposing of sludge at specified locations
IV. Sludge disposal to the nearest dump yard is in the bidder's scope.
V. Quality testing of outlet sample every 3 months from NABL accredited Lab. (02 Years)
(d) Network
Design, providing, laying, testing and commissioning of complete underground sewerage/drainage network system on EPC basis, including excavation, bedding, lowering, laying, jointing, testing, refilling, compaction and all associated civil and allied works complete as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
The scope shall include complete sewer network from each building/block to the common collection point at STP inlet, including interconnection of branch lines and main lines, construction of manholes/inspection chambers, drop/break pressure chambers wherever required to reduce flow velocity and prevent scouring, channels, benching, covers, frames, crossings, restoration works and all accessories/fittings such as valves, air release valves/air vents, cleanouts and allied appurtenances required for proper and efficient functioning of the system complete in all respects.
RCC NP3 class pipes conforming to relevant IS standards shall be used for underground sewer/drainage network unless otherwise specified in the approved design/drawings. The pipes shall be provided with suitable collars/rubber ring joints and laid to proper line and gradient ensuring watertightness and durability of the system.
The item shall also include provision of bypass arrangement/mechanism at septic tank(s) for maintenance, emergency diversion and uninterrupted operation of the sewerage system, complete as per approved design and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
The complete design of the sewerage/drainage network system shall be vetted and approved by an authorized Third-Party Consultant/Agency before execution. The contractor shall submit detailed hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, invert levels, gradients and drawings for approval prior to commencement of work.
The item shall further include hydraulic testing, leakage testing, commissioning and handing over of the complete network system ensuring smooth gravity flow up to the STP inlet as per relevant IS standards, approved design and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
The item shall further include design, providing and laying of treated water disposal/distribution network from STP outlet to designated disposal/reuse point(s), including all allied pipeline works, chambers, connections, testing and commissioning complete as per approved drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. | 1.00 | C.Job |
