| 2 | Fabrication, providing, installation and testing of 400 mm Nominal Diameter 6.3 mm thick mild steel pipes (910 meter) for Rising Main as per the following technical specifications: S.No Details Requirement 1. Nominal Diameter = 400 mm 2. Thickness = 6.3 mm 3. Length of each pipe = 3-6 Mtrs. 4. Type of welding = EFW (Spiral welded). 5. Quality of Mild steel to be used for manufacture of pipes = As per BIS-226Or BIS-2026. 6. Pipe to be manufactured as per BIS-3589-1981 Maximum circumferential joints in each pipe length = 2-3. The pipes shall be painted with two coats of anticorrosive metal primer and black bituminous paint. The installation shall be carried out in accordance with IS 10804. The Job includes Fabrication, providing and fitting of 400 mm Mild steel flap valve to be fitted to the Main Rising main pipe line. The flap valve shall be fabricated out of Mild steel plate and shall be of the following specifications: Thickness of body of flap valve = 8mm Flange thickness = 18 mm Thickness of flap plate = 20 mm Length of valve from upper side= 300 mm Length of flap valve from lower side = 350 mm The flap valve shall be fitted with Mild steel ring all along the periphery on which the flap plate shall rest. A suitable heavy duty Mild steel hinges shall be fitted on the top of the valve. The flap valve shall be painted with one coat of steel primer& two coats of bituminous paint. | 3 | Fabrication, providing and fitting of 400 mm ND Mild steel pipe expansion joint with longitudinal elongation upto 100 mm and nominal length of approximate 1000 mm fabricated out of 10 mm M.S plate duly rolled in perfect circular shape and turned to proper size. The job includes providing and fitting of matching MS flanges of nominal dia. 400 mm to the rising main on both ends of joint. The flanged joints shall be made leak proof by way of insertion of rubber insertion cloth of superior quality and of suitable thickness The specifications are as under: - NO.I- Socket :-- The socket shall be fabricated out of MS plate of 10 mm thickness and ND as 400 mm, 425 mm and 450 mm, each piece 150 mm long duly welded with each other. The 425 mm central piece shall be turned and finished to proper size to accommodate the spigot with its easy movement of to and fro during expansion and contraction. NO.II- Spigot:- The spigot shall be fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS plate duly rolled in perfectly having approx. length of 500 mm. This piece shall be turned to accurate size on the lathe machine to give easy movement during operation. NO.III- Gland - The gland shall be fabricated out of 10 mm MS plate having approx. length of 150 mm duly turned to mover over the spigot to make the packing material tight to avoid leakage. The dismantling Expansion joint is to be fitted on pipe. It shall be painted with onecoat of Red Oxide Metal Primer followed by two coats of Black Bituminous paint. The job also includes providing and fitting of 4 no. flanges, M.S fasteners, RI Cloth Washers/ Rubber Gaskets, etc. The job comprises of providing, fitting and installation of 100 mm dia.C.I Air release valve with fittings and Heavy duty Multifunctional wratchet plier set. The Job further involves Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor CCTV camera 4G/5G sim, 5MP dual lens, 66 weather proof, motion detection two way audio colured night vision, SD card support up to 1 TB, Pan and tilt Zoom Solar operated with two year recharge subscription with cloud storage of reputed make.(02 No) | 2.000 | job |
