| 1 | Supply,installing,commissioning and testing in replacement of LT Panel/ LT feeder pillar outdoor type front and rear openable of dimension ( height and length )as per specified by manufacturer and the width/depth for sides of the panel shall not be less than 600 mm ,CPRI certified factory made cubical type weather and vermin proof fixed on and including ventilation and louvers arrangement with angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, pedestial type and provided with four Nos of angle iron supports ( size of legs 750mm) duly embedded in foundation by PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and as directed at site fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet with the degree of protection IP-65 and including duly painted powder coated ( 7 Tank Process) and keeping adequate working space inside of the box and double door handle including front mounted cabinet,with locking arrangement wih keys & countersunk holes at bottom for base mounting brackets and sheet steel gland plates for cable entry, formed neoprene rubber gasket around doors as directed before manufacturing the panel including Bus bar compartment duly covered and of following capacity and type with stainless steel nut bolts washers and spares holes with nut bolts on each bus bar and duly covered with shrinkable PVC sleeves as per colour coding ie Red, Yellow, Blue and Black & mounted on DMC / epoxy insulator and making connection of cables with appropriate size of lugs and cable glands and also two No danger Notice plate fixed on panel , two Nos air vent with PVC air pocket filter fixed on sides & The panel shall be prewired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable not less than 2.5 sqmm, multistranded complete all as specified and directed. | | |
| 2 | Note I : The contractor shall submit the drawing of panels for approval to AGE(I) before manufacturing the panels.
Note II: (a) Panels should be confirmed to IEC-61439 updated and switchgear confirmed to IS-8623
(b) All the MCCBs fixed in vertical ON/OFF positions with extra bend busbar fixed on insulator for easy connection of cables with separate compartments for each swithgears.
(c) All existing cable of any size will be connected with suitable size of cable lugs, nut bolt etc as required at site and as directed
(d) Cost of Al cable lugs, SS nut bolts, etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.
(e) Factory cut/puched holes (6 to 9 Nos) for cable entry to be provided in the cable gland plates at the bottom for cable sizes 16 sqmm to 185 sqmm. | | |
