| 1 | M & L for opening up short circuited / winding burnt electric induction motors of 5 to 7.5 HP capacity 3 phase AC 440 Volts, cutting and removing the short circuited stator winding coils complete and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor wires of same gauge and size suitable as per the existing including cleaning of slots, all necessary insulating materials, varnishing, drying and testing on load complete all as specified. Note - (i) Intimation for any unserviceable motor of any capacity mentioned here under relevent items will be given to contractor or his accredited representative/superviser via telephone followed by in writing . The unserviceable motor will have to be repaired , re-installed in and made functional without anyt defect within a period of 96 hrs after intimation to contractor failing which a panel recovery @ Rs. 100/- per hour for delay period will be initiated and deducted from contractor's payments /RAR/Final bill etc . Contractor have to quote his rates accordingly and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard . (iii) Costs of all necessary T&P required at site and transportation is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. | 6.00 | Each |
