| 2 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AC 3 Phase 50 Hz 200 KVA capacity transformer step down, outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at no load) copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type, delta connected on primery (HV) side and star connected on secondery (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 (vector ground-4) with neutral brought on secondery (LV) side and having tapping in equal steps of 2.5% from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear, so as to change/correct L.T voltage secondery side conforming to IS 1180 Part-I 2014 (Level- II) including provision of all necessary stranderd fittings and mainly comprising of the following:- (a) Primary H.T Side having HT procelain bushing 03 Nos with brass gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on secondery (LT) side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rod complete with GM nuts and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT XLPE sheated armoured cable of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) Dehydrating with breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Exlosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One no 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centrigrade with lamp reading pointer, max temperature indicator and resetting devices. (h) Rating plate with terminal markings. (j) Two earting terminal on tank/ tank coner to faciliate fixing of 32 x 6 mm GI/Copper eart strip. (k) Oil level guage. (l) OIl drain and filter valves. (m) Lifting lugs - 01 set (n) Under carriage with 04 nos of plain rillers (o) First fill of transformer oil and result of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 45 KV with 2.5 gap.
