| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of 544 Kg capacity 8 passenger lift 01 Nos of Make : M/S Kone Elevator (India) Ltd Serving for ground plus three floors examining, adjusting, lubricating and repairs as required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Machine No. of lift : 44190002 Location : 6 Air Force Hospital. Note 1 : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all spares except specifically catered seperately in BOQ items herein- under for the smooth and defect free,satisfactory functioning of lift. Note 2 : Annual maintenance contract of the lift shall be carried out directly by the manufacturer or through the approved working party of the manufacture i.e. Kone Elevators (India) Ltd only (as per MOU) and maintenance to be carried out as per Kone manufacture schedule. (iii) Attened emergency breake down/complients immediately in any time except routine mainatenace time with in 0800 hrs of complient recived (iv) minor spares such as car light LED B24/22 cap bulb replaced without any extra cost, comprehensive maintenance shall include the following works mentioned below:-

(ii) Motor, Motor Generator, Motor Windings, Rotating Elements, Commutator, Brushes, Brush Holders, Bearings, Coils, Resistance for Operating and Motor Circuits, Magnet Frames and other Mechanical Parts. (iii) Controller, Selector, Levelling Devices, Cams, Relays, Solid State Components e.g. PCBs, Transducers, Resistors, Condensors, Power Amplifiers, Transformers, Contacts, Leads, Dashpots, Timing Devices, Steel Selector Tapes and Mechanical and Electrical Driving Equipment. (iv) Governor, Governor Sheave, Shaft Assembly, Bearings, Contacts and Governor Jaws.(v) Car and Hall Mechanical Buttons, Car and Hall Position Indicators, Hall Lanterns, Car Direction Indicators and all other Car and Landing Signal Fixtures.(vi) Deflector or Secondary Sheave, Bearings, Car and Counterweight Guide Rails and Buffers, Top and Bottom Limit Switches, Governor Tension Sheave Assembly, Compensating Sheave Assembly, Car, Counterweight and Counterweight Guide Shoes including Roller or Gibs (vii) Interlocks on Hoist way Door, Hoist way Door Hangers, Guides, Automatic Power Operated Door Operator, Car Door Hanger, Car Door Contact, Safety Shoe, Load Weighing Equipment, Car Frame, Car Safety Mechanism and Platform. (iix) Furnish lubricants compounded to manufacturers stringent specifications. (ix) Examine periodically all safety devices and governors and make all customary safety tests. | | |
