| 1 | Maintenance and Development of New/Existing Web Applications ( based on Drupal CMS and/or LAMP) The scope covers maintenance, migration, monitoring, and enhancement of approximately 50 Drupal-based websites hosted on LAMP infrastructure, including public and internal campus domains. The websites use contributed Drupal modules, free or licensed themes with custom CSS, and support static and dynamic content editable via WYSIWYG editors, along with custom content types, workflows, rules, webforms, email triggers, cron jobs, and limited custom modules/templates. Development and maintenance of new CMS-based websites using Drupal, and where required WordPress or Joomla, shall be carried out using open-source components with licenses procured by NCBS as needed. The scope also includes maintenance of open-source applications such as Moodle, dotProject, and Booked Scehduler etc.,. All activities shall be coordinated with the NCBS IT Section and include regular security updates, vulnerability assessments, and comprehensive website and server backups. | 1.000 | per year |
