| 1 | Cleaning of blockage of Indian or European type water closet including blockage of Nahani trap or floor trap or gully trap of any size type upto the Ist manhole (blockage of any type took place at IWC or EWC, blockages of kitchen trap, bathroom, wash hand basin trap due to stuck of any substance or material due to any other reasons to the entire satisfaction of users/ Occupants manually or with using pumping device or any other suitable method or mechanically and getting the signature of the User's on complaint slip for Manasbal AGE B/R III Notes:- (a) Contractor shall deploy four numbers of Safaiwala's to carryout day to day complaints (Seven days of week Sunday/ holidays) of blockage etc and complaint slip shall be collected from the Complaint cell of AGE B/R-III. (Time of 02 x safaiwala-0900hrs to 1700hrs). (b) Contractor has to make sure that the blockage complaints so received shall be completed within the 24 hours from the time of receipt complanits, and for any delay in completion of the particular complaint a penalty @ Rs. | 2 | Item No. 01 contd... (c) Contractor has to make sure that upon requirement by the sub-division, the contractor has to depute the same two or more Safaiwala's for cleaning. (d) The Safaiwalas must have all requisite tools, safety equipments and winter protective clothing. (e) The payment shall be made to employees/ Safaiwalas on or before 7th day of every calander month. Payment to the employees shall be done by crossed cheque ECS / NEFT through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per Minimum Wages Act. (f) Contractor has to submit proof of payment and proof of EPF & ESIC subscription made by him alongwith RAR/ final bill. (g) Contractor shall quote the rates considering employees monthly leaves, releiver etc. as per labour law and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (h) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliever of manpower engaged by contractor separately in addition to 02 persons. (j) Portable pump for dewatering including fuel & Manpower also engaged where manually cleaning not Possible. | ||

(l) Cost of attendance register, printed work diary, material register/ security or entry passes and any other stationary reqd is to be born by the contractor and the rates quoted for the above are included in the quoted rates and no extra cost shall be claimed and entertained on this account. (m) Penalty :- In case of absence of Safaiwalla the penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 800.00 per person per day and the same shall be recovered from contractor's dues. (n) Being defence installation, the contractor shall ensure that antecedents of the personnel deployed are verified through concerned Police authorities before their deployment. The character and antecedent verification report of each employee deployed by the contractor should be submitted. (o) Contractor shall submit all documents before receipt of work order (Aadhar Card, Police verification and Bank Pass book Aadhar linked copy) of each worker intend to deploy on work. | ||

Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor will attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R-III to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints within 48 hrs from receipt of compalints slip and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE before 48hrs as per complaint slip time. 2. Note : 1.
