| 2 | Taking out muddy/ sewage water from soakage well/ soakage pit by using of mechanical sewage/ mud water diesel pump set of 5 HP power and disposed off it through delivery pipe of required size more than 50m away from soakage pit/ soak well complete all as specified and directed . Notes for item No 1 & 2 :- (a) Sludge/mud/silt shall be measured before taking out from manholes/septic tank. (b) All labour and T&P i.e. mechnical sewage/mud water pump set, diesel, transportation of pump set from one place to other place, suction pipe, delivery pipe and manpower etc required for above work, shall be deemed included in unit rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (c) The contractor shall provide suffecient labourers as per requirement. (d) Based on complaint received daily, complaint slip will be issued to the contractor accordingly. After completing the complaint, user's signature shall be obtained in complaint slip by the contractor and handed over to the complaint cell, AGE B/R Jasai (concerned JE). (e) If a labour and supervisor / contractor does not comply with the orders of concerned JE and Engg-in-charge, the contractor shall be responsible for such carelessness, as well as on the basis complaint of the concerned JE/AGE, the penalty will be recovered from the contractor bills for the irresponsibility of which to recover rate will be determined by Accepting officer. | 477.00 | Cum |
| 3 | Removing of blockage from WC/floor trap/Nahani trap and line up to 1st manholes by opening grating and refixing after removing all greese, muds,sludge,silts etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 1.00 to 3.00 (a) The contractor shall provide minimum 2 labourers (safaiwala) (minimum 1 highly skilled & others skilled labours for day to day complain) for the above works and they shall report daily to AGE B/R jassai, in the morning at 09:00 AM and in the evening at 05:00 PM.
